Susan J. McCormick
This project started for me the day I slopped food all over myself just before meeting with a client. I found a
lot of bibs sale on the internet but very few of them were appealing.
I've sewn all my life, so I naturally sewed myself a bib for work because I know that I eat and work
all to often. Of course, I got carried away with all the fun of fabrics and patterns.
I wanted to share what I learned in a way that would be easy for you to have and use right away.
This meant fullsize, downloadable patterns, so I decided to create them on a grid, then cut them into pieces
so that they you print them on any regular printer.
I started sewing at a very young age. I asked my mother for a new dress for her
doll. She handed me a needle, showed me how to sew a back stitch and the way to the rag
bag. Later she gave me a stamped runner and embroidery thread for Christmas. She thought that would
keep me busy for the winter. Not, I was finished it before I went back to school in January. I
also learned to knit and crochet as a child. I have been into projects of one kind or another, large and
small all my life.
