"Sophisticated Adult Bib "

This bib is suitable for Table Cloth fabric, or any fabric  that drapes well, is absorbent and launders well. This is the easiest and most versitile of all the bibs. A brocade tablecloth fabric creates an elegant look. The red checkered tablecloth fabric is bright and cheerful. A Happy Face flannelette is fun for a kids party or a plaid flannalette is calm and masculine. 

Sewing Instructions

Step #1
The one shown is a rectangle 24 inches by 30 inches.  The size can be adjusted to fit anyone from a child to a large adult using a piece of scrap fabric and a little experimentation

Step #2  
Make a turned hem 1/4 inch deep

Step #3 
Sew Velcro in the top corners so they lap when closed. A button and loop also works.
